I Purchased a Yamaha PSR-SX900 Keyboard at the weekend and could not have been looked after better than I was. Excellent Keyboard and excellent service.

Over the past few years I have been considering buying a Korg keyboard. Nigel Makepeace never tired of giving information and advice. I eventually bought a PA600. I have always met Nigel and the Korg team at musical festivals and despite the large number of people asking questions and needing advice Nigel always seemed to be there.

I collected my Keyboard from the shop in Leicester and again I had many questions which Nigel spent time answering. the PA600 is inexpensive compared other keyboards but as much time was given to me as people spending much more than me.

Sadly the keyboard was faulty and despite their best efforts to try and sort it over the phone it could not be sorted. Within hours Nigel had arranged for the Keyboard to be returned to Korg and within days I had a replacement!

After sales service is vital with any company but the service I had from Keysounds was brilliant. Things do go wrong but how it's sorted is the important thing. I recommend Keysounds wholeheartedly.

Happy with everything. Advice was excellent - Nigel put our minds at rest about how great the piano was although we weren't able to come in and view / try out the piano beforehand. He didn't try to talk me into buying something much more expensive which we probably wouldn't need. Thoroughly pleased with the new piano - kids haven't been off it since!!

I have to say that the help and advice I received at keysounds was first class nothing was to much trouble he actually gave up his day off to enable me to change my Korg to a Yamaha S950 The other staff were equally friendly and helpful

This is the Third time I have dealt with Key Sounds and there efficiency is brilliant even when answering my odd problems on the phone it is exactly the same nothing is to much trouble.

One problem, when I have recorded to a USB ON THE 650 I still cannot get the recording accepted on my hi fi or on the tyros 4 help

the delivery by Keysound of Leicester was faster than I antisipated and the setting up of the Korg PA3x 76 key with Paas soundbox and traditional stand was very well carried out followed by a demonstration which inspired me to new heights, the sound is fantastic.

I was staggered at the weight of the combined keaboared, sound bar and organ style stand but it looks very well in our lounge- my wife didnt complain even though we already have an EA5 organ which I expect to go once I master the Korg.

my desision to buy was decided by the sound quality and the versatility of the Korg compared to others even though it was more costly than most.

the final feature was the addition of the Ipad to add more tunes in the future, not that the instrument cannot do it for itself fo now I have been into the Koeg the song list is very impressive and well presented, but I hope Ipad will make more interest for me in the future (and I wanted an Ipad anyway)!

my only concern is the accomanyment with the loaded I pad tunes which I feel my be improved when I work out how?
