Order And Refund On Fender Amp
I ordered a Fender GDEC 3 Thirty amp from Imuso and had it delivered to their Molesey warehouse for collection. It was delivered and collected in the promised time and was well packed. After trying the amp out for a couple of days I decided it wasn't for me. When I phoned the guys in the office they could not have been more helpful, suggesting I take the amp back to them to avoid return postage and insurance to Germany. After I left the amp with them, the full cost was refunded to my card within a few days. I would definitely deal with Imuso again and recommend them to anybody. Great service, courteous communications and very knowledgable about the equipment they stock. 10/10.

Poor Service? Not Today!!!
Ordered a Vintage V1400n Thursday and took delivery on Friday as next day delivery came as standard. As I was out on a works xmas party I was uanable to open the box until Saturday, when I opened the box eager to try my new all solid wood bargain out I was a bit gutted to find a scratch next to the first fret. I tried to ring Imuso to sort a replacement but the office hours are mon-fri. I then came across a couple of review sites and after reading quite a few negative reviews started to worry and geared myself up for a marathon arguement. I rang first thing Monday morning ready for a fight and was taken aback by the friendly bloke who appologised and assured me he would sort it. Less than 24 hours later a knock at the door and a courier holding a flawless guitar ready to take the damaged one away.
If you ask me thats pretty good customer service and I'd recommend Imuso to anyone who'd listen. I'd recommend the guitar as well it's a real bargain at £219 for solid wood, 30% cheaper than anywhere else and plays and sounds superb.

Imosu - Poor Poor Service
I then rang Imosu to let them know the problem and they simply did not want to know. They appear not to understand distance trading laws much less comply with them. As far as they are concerned, what happens to the kit once it off their hands is nothing to do with them whether or not its new piece of kit or not...
They basically gave me only one option which was to send the faulty module to them and they in turn will send it to Alesis. They said the turn around on this was up to 4 weeks. All this when they could have simply replaced the module but for some reason could not be bothered.
The bottom line is they refused to replace the faulty module even though it died less than two week after delivery and they didn’t care that my experience with them as a customer had been quite stressful and frustrating.
The have taken money off me for faulty piece of kit and they are OK and I have nothing to show for it. So please go ahead and use them but just make sure nothing ever goes wrong…

Praise For Imuso- Excellent Website
I had been looking for a new electric guitar for a while and had tested one similar in a shop and found good reviews for the Ibanez GSA60.
When googling it in shopping, IMuso was one of the tip hits and I found their website extremely easy to access and order. Not only was there a great selection, but the slightly more uncommon Ibanez in Red, which I couldn't find else where for a reasonable price. And on top of the excellent guitar, they even threw in a free gig bag and strap, two extremely useful extras of superior quality. I also found that the D'Addario 3 pack of strings were a good bundle.
The delivery came extremly quickly, as it was ordered on a Friday morning and got delivered the following Monday.
The guitar itself was perfect, apart from a buzzing in the low E and A strings, which turned out to be problem with the bridge saddles all being the same size as opposed to specific for each string. I had these replaced myself to save the hassle of trying to send it back however I don't think this was a problem with iMuso but the manufacturer. So be aware of that if anyone wants to order it, but the guitar is now sorted and plays like an absolute dream.
As a personal preference, I wanted to replace the tone and volume pots to metal Telecaster style ones, so a few weeks later I ordered a bunch of Warwick ones for both of my guitars, these were also from iMuso and feel much better.
My only negative comment would be at their selection of Strap Locks is not as substantial, however I found these elsewhere.
Overall I would rate iMuso as an excellent website, I will continue to use it for any further musical things I need and would definitely reccomnd it to friends for its extremely reasonable prices, great selection, good quality of customer service and quick delivery with accurate and regular updates.

Vox Vtx Amp 150 - Excellent Price And Excellent Service
Read the good and bad reviews, made a point of ringing, before ordering to check on availability and delivery date. Imuso staff very polite, they hadn't got the amp in stock (not obvious from web site) and needed to ring supplier for more info. They rang me back promptly with a delivery date - which was four working days from my order. (Other web sites offering same product allow between 5-10 working days.) I made the order online last Friday am.
On Tuesday morning the staff rang me to say that the amp had arrived with them and was being transferred to the carriers and would be delivered to me the following day. At 14.00 hrs on Weds my amp arrived.
It is working perfectly, it was packed well and I would certainly do business with imuso again. Initially, I was a little apprehensive, given some of the reviews I had read, but I am very very happy now.
One thing I would change - update the web site, so people can see if the product is available immediately or not.

Excellent, Quick And Nice People
The delivery was on time, it's been five labour days for my guitar to arrive to Spain, I think it's ok. I had a problem with my tracking number, I wrote them and had a fast answer. They seem to be very helpful, I certainly did receive a very good treatment.
The guitar I bought is perfect (Hagstrom Viking Deluxe), without any damage or flaw, it was very well packed. If I had any objections it will be the price, I've seen the same guitar cheaper (and including case!) here in Spain, but not the colour I wanted (amber sunburst), that's why I bought it here. Still, I'm happy with my purchase.

El envío ha llegado a tiempo, ha tardado cinco días laborables en llegar a España, lo cual creo que está muy bien. Tuve un problema con el número de seguimiento del envío que me mandaron, pero les escribí un e-mail y me respondieron muy rápido. La verdad es que he recibido muy buen trato por su parte, son muy atentos (al menos lo han sido conmigo!)
La guitarra que compré (Hagstrom Viking Deluxe) está en perfecto estado, no tiene ni un rasguño, venía muy bien embalada. La única pega que puedo poner es el precio, porque en España está la misma guitarra más barata (e incluye funda!) pero no había en ninguna tienda el color que yo quería (amber sunburst). Aun así estoy contenta con mi compra.

I've used imuso for strings & peddles before, so I knew they were a name I could trust.
The day after I placed my order, they gave me a call to say the amp was out of stock & gave me a date when they should have it. I have used other sites where you're left waiting, so this was a welcome surprise. As the date got closer, I gave them a call to check on progress. They reassurred me & sure enough both the bass and amp arrived on the day they said.
My order was expertly packaged so that it would survive even the harshest courier. It couldn't have been in better condition if I picked it up from the factory myself.
Within seconds, I was plugged in & playing. I've barely been able to the bass down.

Imuso To The Rescue
I had been waiting for over a month to receive a Yamaha CP33 stage piano from another Surrey based music shop, they kept telling me my board was in transit coming across Europe and that the Germans have a number of public holidays in September which could hold things up...things were held up and after a month I jumped ship and approached Imuso - they were baffled as to why I'd been kept waiting and within 3 days of my initial enquiry a lovely Yamaha stage piano had been delivered to my door, in time for me to gig with it that weekend. The sales staff were totally professional and got the job done very fast in contrast to the other company. I am very satisfied with Imuso and will definitely use them for all my purchases from now on.

Exactly as 'in the tin'' using a common saying for a TV advert . Easily the best price when compared to many other competitors in some cases £300 less . The deal I asked for was given .
They said delivery was next day and that's what I got . The only critique, which is very minor is they could have done better with the e-mail confirming the order was placed , as this was not concise I needed to ring .

You really find out the real quality of a customer service when you have to sort out a problem.
If you enjoy a bit of a risk so iMuso is the right place for you.
Instead, if you are looking for a reliable service and even the most basic customer care then look elsewhere.
The description "In Stock - Next Day Delivery" is nothing more than a bet. I ordered the guitar in a Sunday, they timely took the money the next day at 8.11am, so I was expecting the guitar to be delivered at the latest on Tuesday, today is Thursday and no delivery.
After emailing them 5 times they didn't have the decency to say they didn't have the guitar in stock, to offer a refund or any other solution.
As of this moment there's no guitar and no refund. I will never place an order with them again. They even make you lose your time writing bad reviews! F....rs!
