Not in UK but China. Found the reviews here 1 day after ordering and realising i couldn't contact the shop. Tried to stop payment with bank as it had not gone through (visa debit) but the bank said they could not stop it. Also found the amount going to be taken is more than what was charged at checkout. Will see if I can report website as fake as it looks like they make a bit of money. This is the only time I have used a debit card online and I have been burned!

Payment note provided a tracking number but the courier was marked as 'other' so the number was useless. I asked if they could provide a note of who the courier was but haven't received any reply. I did eventually get the product but I wouldn't buy from them again if they won't communicate.

I bought a pair of Bose QC15's in a Christmas sale. The stated price was £199 but they took £205.71. I did receive the headphones but wanted to return them due to poor quality, however they didn't reply to any emails and when I sent a letter it was returned to me as the postal address doesn't exist. I then found out about the company and contacted Bose and, sure enough, they are fake headphones. Trading standards can't do anything as there is no address in Britain so they can't take legal action. Good news however, as the goods are fake the bank will reimburse me under the charge back scheme so if you've been stung and can't get your money back, try and contact the supposed manufacturer and see if they can tell you if they are fake or not and if they are the bank should be able to help you. Feels really rubbish to have this done to you so I'm going to tell everyone I can not to use them!!

I would advise anyone looking to make a purchase from this site go elsewhere.

I have not received the item I purchased and they have failed to respond to all emails I have sent to them over the past 10 days. They do not have a phone number so email is the only option.

I have now opened a dispute with paypal and am awaiting resolution.

Ordered Bose Headphones, begining of December still have not arrived. No mreplies to numerous emails, no phone number to contact and fake address on website. After further checking address stated online is bogus and doesn't exist. Only use if you feel like throughing your money away.

Luckily my bank is doing to do a chargeback so all is not lost. However I won't make that mistake again.

Be aware of this Compamy they are not licensed to sell Bose Products. My wife bought a pair of the Bose QC15 headphones for me and they are fake. Reason I know they are fake is because i contacted Bose with the serial Number and they informed me they are not Genuine.

Also, the headphones came in a box that was wrapped up in a newspaper.

imusicGear, fake company, fake live chat services, fake products, fake domain, my friend thought he was buying two sets of "Sony Stereo Headphones" which i believe came to a grand total of £150 roughly. Waited a week for the delivery received it,plugged them in for a test run...sound quality was absolutely shocking, beyond belief, then on closer inspection; the outside casing of the headphones on the left and right side, where the Brand name and make model of headphone is clearly seen was spelt as read..SONY "STFEREO "HEADPHONES....( NOTE I HAVE NOT MADE A TYPO ERROR).Having now realizd these are fake we logged on to the website where we discovered there was no contact telephone number only an email address, so we wrote a polite email asking for a full refund and so on and so forth, we waited a week and no response so we sent another and waited another 2 weeks, still nothing.

So i asked friends to do a little online "research". The results we got back were; 1. iMusicGear is not a real company 2. the address of the company that is registered to the domain server name is also a fake. They simply purchased, a website from ekmpowershop.com set up some stuff and created a this!!!! We still have had no response to date!!!

I've ordered a pair of good Sony headphones (MDR-V900HD) on this website but I've received some bad fake instead.

I've tried to contact them 3 times in the last 2 weeks but no one answer.

after a week waiting for my bose AE2 headphones they finally arived not working. I spoke to bose about the problem with the headphones and after giving them the serial number I found out they were fake. On checking my bank account I found the payment had gone to a china account and they had charged me more than the price shown on checkout. Avoid this site

I orderded a set of "Bose" quiet comfort headphones...which very quickly developed so many faults that they become unusable. I contacted Bose to enact the warranty only to be told that the serial number was fake - and that I needed to contact imusic gear...and they have failed to respond to any of my numerous emails. I am now contacting trading standards and trying to get a refund through my credit card company.
