Avoid - Not To Be Trusted
I am still owed the £15.83 Return Shipping Cost. Any purchase not of satisfactory condition should not incur any extra cost to the buyer 'Sale of Goods Act 1979'. I am disappointed that you choose to show contempt for the law and your own Returns Policy.
I have bought and set-up many guitars in my 56years of playing guitar so I know what I'm talking about when I say that frets ends are sharp an not finished properly.
I have never before been sent a guitar that has damage and in less than perfect condition. I shall in future only deal with reputable shops that value their customer relations such as Andertons, Sound Live, PMT.... from whom you could take some pointers.

Customers can return products they are not happy with within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately we are not able to cover the costs of customers wanting to return goods that they do not want.
We check all guitars before they are dispatched using a 12 point checking system. The frets are checked for playability and sharp edges. For more details on how we check guitar, please see our 12 Point Check Information Page.
Upon return of the instrument, the frets were again checked and found to be satisfactory.
We also fully checked the instrument and no faults or damage could be found.
We are sorry that you are not happy with the instrument that has been sent to you.
