Each time I visit the store with any guitar related issues or inquiries, the staff are immediately willing to offer advice. Their individual and collective knowledge is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Each one of them are willing to ring up manufacturers there and then to inquire about my inquiry. If a question i ask is particularly difficult to answer there and then, they search or ring up various contacts to answer that question later in the week. When testing amps they methodically go through each amp that they think would compliment your playing style until you find the right one for you, no matter if it takes hours. They tell you the definitive detail of each amp so that it is almost tailored for your playing needs. They take interest in your guitar preferences and suggest models that i might like when i next visit the store. luckily i have the same taste as they do. When i purchased my Godin lgxt they prioritised that order as it was difficult to complete as the first one sent was lost during the shipping process, despite this they wouldn't give in until my order arrived. Likewise when i purchased my PRS custom 24, they told me about them as they thought i might be interested in them. The service on these two and every occasion is more than is expected, they are fast, thorough, proactive, caring and great people to deal with. Thank you Guitar Superstore!!!!!!!

We've been in Burton for 13 years and have gone there for all of our musical needs, which have been varied and many. They are all friendly, chatty, helpful and very professional. If they don't have it, they will do their best to get it. They offer a comprehensive service and offer great value for money. The only downside is space, they need more of it. The online store is great and the facebook page is a great way to keep up to date on what's going on. They are knowledgeable on the stock they sell, and will give help and information where they can.

I would like to say a great big thanks for being so helpful in the shop today when I brought my son to get a new Ukulele. We ended up with the Kala exotic wood and he is absoloutly thrilled with it.

I have never met such helpful staff as yourselves in a music shop before.

It made a change for people to be so passionate about there job, we will definately be back!
