I ordered my first pedal (super signa drive) and initially thought it wasn't for me. I wanted to exchange it for something else so I enquired about returning it. This was no problem at all. Phil at guitar fx direct sent me the replacement (deluxe signa comp) by special delivery as soon as he had received the return.

I later decided that I would actually like the drive anyway as well. I received it within two days. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone who requires a personal and friendly service. If you don't like something Phil will advise you on what might suit your needs. Returns are not a problem. A great company to deal with.

I ordered an Distortion Pedal.It was in stock and it got dispatched same day.It was supposed to be by standard post but I received it very next day. I've got an all Tube Amplifier and they sound awesome together.I am very happy with Guitar Fx Direct supplying me the pedal at a very competitive price with free delivery. I love the guitar pedal boutiques. They offer more than an effect... new sounds, knowledge about items, enthusiast advice... All this and a discount code. IT´s great.

Only one disappointment... but not the store fault. Ten days to arrive from uk to Spain is too much (same time as USA). Royal mail don´t rules.

I was looking for a decent overdrive pedal for my setup; one that was responsive to the volume control and felt true to an old valve amp being cranked. Browsing the internet for demos I came across the the CMATmods "Butah" drive, liked it, and then searched for a dealer in the UK.

Guitar FX-Direct listed the pedal but weren't showing it in stock, so I sent an enquiry email to see when they would have their next batch in. I received a well mannered and professional response giving a clear indication of the availability of the Butah pedal but also highlighting the equally as good sister pedal, the Signa Drive.

After a short discussion and some well placed advice I changed my mind to the Signa Drive and couldn't be happier. It's a fantastic pedal! What pleased me the most was that the guys at Guitar FX-Direct offered me a "trial" period with the Signa-Drive with an option to return it for the Butah if I didn't like it. Can't get better than that!

I have bought a few pedals from GFXD now and I can happily say that the customer service has been brilliant every time. Phil has gone out of his way to make sure the product gets to me on time and has even made it to a gig to check out the purchases in action :)

Their prices are more than competitive with the big guys in the UK and the newsletters sent out are informative and always interesting. It's good to know that I can ask advice on any sort of effect and get a in depth and passionate response from a guy who really loves what he does.

GuitarFX direct was, even before the purchase, very serviceable. They clarified a couple of questions about the item before I ordered it. Answers were always very very fast (it took just minutes to receive them) and informative.

After the order the item came very well packed. A little box inside a bigger box well stuffed with styrofoam (i think) ensurin the item as well protected. The order took the normal time, about a week, since it was international and there were a couple of holidays on my country at that time, that may have delayed the delivery, although that's, obviously, not GuitarFXDirect fault.

I would recommend it for the vast choice of products (some og them hard to find) but also because of the customer support which was fantastic.

The good purchased is simply the best pedal that I have.

I've bought from Guitar FX Direct twice now and both times and both times the FX pedal has turned up very quickly and with no hassle at all.

I've been in contact with the sales team a few times and they have replied with very helpful and honest replies that have helped me a lot.

They have a great range of (well priced) boutique pedals that are hard to come by in the UK and I will continue to shop with them for as long as I can afford to do so. The periodic emails with info on new stock and offers is also very good.

v good warm sounding delay pedal great for adding size to a crunchy rhythm sound as it will not add any high end fizz on the repeats
