Happy with item and telephone contact, but disappointed with unexpected delay receiving item.

My daughter needed this and having looked online yesterday other retailers quoted a 2/3 week delivery period. Found it on DS Music and it arrived this morning for very reasonable postage. Will definitely use again.

Cello bow as expected. DS Music offer great value for money on this product. I was a little surprised to receive it just wrapped in corrugated cardboard and pushed through my letter box - I've bought bows online in the past and they're usually placed in robust tubes for posting.

I cannot find this product cheaper anywhere else and will definitely consider buying from DS Music again.

Also, DS Music kept my informed by e-mail about the delay in posting (about a week) - very helpful!

I needed to purchase Sibelius 7 Student in a hurry for my younger daughter, aged 14, doing her GCSE music compositions. The gentleman at DS Music to whom I spoke was extremely helpful. The order went through without a hitch, and the software arrived the following day. Exemplary service!

I placed my order on Thursday, and received them on Saturday. Good and free delivery service with competitive prices. Definitely will come back again.

The item was ordered on 17th December and arrived on 21st December, so it was on time, even in the busy Christmas period. So the service was as described at purchase.
