Last bill I sent to the address on Ultramobiles site could not be delivered and the post office opened it and forwarded it to '3' who sent it back (quite correctly) to us. Looks like Ultramobiles has gone. We've taken out a new contract with 3 and are very happy with their service. Buy NOTHING from Ultramobiles.

Ultramobiles will not answer calls and will not reimburse promised plan costs. Stay away from this company

My problems started when I put in for the first of my reduced line rental offers (12 months half price line rental, worth £15 a month, and redeemable at months 6, 9 and 12, as well as an additional promise of £12.50 at months 6 and 12). My month six bill was forwarded by 1st class recorded delivery to Ultramobiles at the beginning of August 2005. Some time passed and I tried phoning Ultramobiles to query why I hadn't received the appropriate monies. I got a telephone announcement stating that they were upgrading their call centre, but I could email them, which I did. To this day, I have received no replies to any of the five emails sent to them, and I am still unable to get through to anyone by telephone (same recorded announcement about a call centre upgrade). My month 9 bill has now been sent in, still no sign of any cashback for month six, and looking like the same scenario happening with month 9.
