I went in to topupsdirect to top up the phone. I then got taken to the website mymobiletopup.co.uk

the 16 digit code they gave me did not work and a guy rang and threatened me when I asked about why the link between the two companies if not one and the same!! He told me he'd be my worst nightmare... Very aggressive individual whom I recorded and told I give all info to police!!!

Avoid at all cost! I liked nothing about this experience!!

They are disgusting. .They would take your money and would not give you the product...never ever buy any mobile or top up from them...They will deliberately

Keep the price for mobile cheap and eventually would not give you product and many. Avoid them...I would take them to court

Today I needed a Top Up and stupidly sent a Payment to these People! That was now 4 Hours ago and it does nott look like I will get a Reply to My Emails or My Top Up. I have asked for a Refund and They have no intentions of Refunding so I have now reported them to Action Fraud. If You type in Action Fraud on the internet You will find them, They will help You try to solve this Isssue and also Report the Website. The more People do this the better chance We have of closing them down! They Scam People like us for a service They cannot and will not even intend on providing. It takes a few minutes to report them to Action Fraud online so please do this & close them down!!

Do not spend a penny with THEM!! i paid £24, £20 for credit and £4 for FEES, 24 hours LATER, still no credit and they then ask me to send them a scan of the front and back of my bank CARD. i asked for them to cancel the TRANSACTION, they said it was cancelled but still charged ME. i called my bank and began procedures to get my money RETURNED, but they told me it was going to take a while and i was going to have to fill out a few FORMS. i emailed them one last time asking for a peaceful resolution so we could both avoid the bother and they told me to go AHEAD, that they would be doing their own investigation for me having provided false information and this was now a legal MATTER!!! do not use !!!!!!

Call center is fake and so are they. Needs to be closed down. I've opened a fraud case with my bank. They stole £50 from my credit card!!! Do not give them our card detail, they will steal directly from your bank without authorisation.

I have purchased some Lebara topups and my pins are usually delivered within just minutes, but last couple of times .... previous was delivered in 2hrs time, and today I purchased a £5 Lebara topup 3hrs ago and that still has NOT been delivered! I have sent 3 emails to topupsdirect but just automated replies, no real replies. I have gone to a different website to purchase some Lebara credit and that was delivered in just 7 minutes! I was ''happy'' doing business with topups direct, but I'm afraid these long delays are now forcing me to take my business elsewhere!

same as everyone else...money left my account instantly..waited two hours no credit, so called skrill the handling agent and they said e-mail direct which i did.. no credit yet, may take up to two days to get a response?? hopefully 2 hours but no guarentees?? phones all off and just waiting on rude emails coming now......

I purchased of this website as I was in desperate need to talk to someone abroad and they'd run out of credit. After waiting hours I finally received a rude email telling me that my money would be refunded as my land line number wasn't valid. I asked how long the refund would be and they told me it would be 2-3 days. I've now been waiting a week for a refund, emailed again asking if they'd gotten any further with putting the money back into my account, surprise surprise no further emails telling me if my money has been refunded.So now I am having to stand out of my hard earned money. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!! Wait until you can get to either an ATM and top up on one of those or use a voucher. Very unhappy and I wish there was an option of giving 0 stars. Very bad, rude customer service.

Tried to get a top up here as it was advertised as being immediate, first they claimed I failed to call their verification line from the number I provided, which is completely false, I called 3 times. Then they began questioning why I was based in the USA and needing a top up for the UK (My 9 month pregnant fiancee is currently in England), and upon divulging my reason, began questioning my morals about why I was not with my fiancee. This is the absolute WORST service Ive ever gotten, completely horrible. I called moneybookers to process a refund IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
