As above, I was a little aprehensive as to purchasing but really glad I did now! Bought the HTC one X from this website for only £325! Whereas anywhere else on the internet was over £400! So was a little suspicious haha, but thought I would just go for it and so glad I did! Ordered Thursday and received the phone on Saturday after it was dipatched Friday by royal mail special delivery so really impressed! So, yeah, definately recommend this site and dont be aprehensive, really good and easy to deal with site, phone was listed as (A) and seemed pretty much perfect condition with just a little tiny scratch on the back of the phone but what do you expect! haha! Order your phones cheaper now, why pay more when their like new condition :D

I purchased an A grade Sony Xperia U on a Wednesday afternoon and had it delivered the next day by special delivery. This is particularly impressive as I'm in Scotland(although it's testament to both Toms Mobiles and Royal Mail).

The item came in it's original box complete with black & pink bottom caps. As this was A grader and not A+, the charger was absent but nowadays with all phones using common USB chargers this is irrelevant.

The handset was in immaculate condition: looked brand new and even had the camera lens cover attached, although I know it had been turned on as there was a Google account activated. A quick factory reset sorted this out.

Toms Mobiles delivered a (pretty much)brand new piece of hardware for £50 cheaper than other retailers, support PayPal payment and, when I called to query about the bottom caps, were very polite and helpful on the phone.

Overall, a sterling service and one that I will be recommending strongly.

I ordered a B grade handset at 11.15 on Tuesday and by 1pm the next day the phone was delivered and the condition was far better than expected would recommend this sight and certainly will be using and recommending again.

I don't normally write reviews, but I checked this review site before I used Tom's mobiles and was wondering why there were only 9 or so listings- so I'll do my part. I ordered a phone that was listed as "A+" from Toms' and was not sure what to expect. Well the phone came two days after I ordered it in what appeared to be brand new condition with all accessories unopened. As far as I could tell it had only been plugged in to test it was working as promised on the site. I'm puzzled as to why it was so cheap! Just one thing is I did email them a minor question that I'm yet to hear back on- but that was on a Friday morning (phone delivered today, Saturday) so they may not have got to it yet, understandable. Bottom line is I am extremely happy so buy with confidence!

I ordered a BlackBerry Bold 9900, which they said was grade A, however it really is in perfect condition - good as new. It was delivered within 48 hours and was a lot cheaper than buying new elsewhere.

Would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

Ordered my phone on a Sunday evening, and unlocked HTC Desire HD of "Grade A" condition and it was delivered the following Thursday as it was a bank holiday weekend. I so far have nothing to falter it on, and the phone arrived in immaculate condition, and was practically brand new. The The price was great too - where all else had quoted £250+, TomsMobiles was only £169 inclusive of First Class Special Delivery with Royal Mail. Overall - an immaculate phone, brilliant price, great service, informative website & a good dealer! I would definately use again
