I joined 3 network 6 months ago and transferred my phone number to them. I believed I was getting such a fantastic offer with unlimited data .. Superb.. I thought.

Ok ! The change over was very quick... However ..

I CAN'T USE MY PHONE DUE TO NO SERVICE ! why say check your area to see if you are able to use the 3 network for it to be ok.. You transfer to 3 and yet you have no signal?

I have a disabled child. I need my phone. I don't have it to play daft games on. This is a phone for an important use.

When I'm at he , my mums and generally the whole of the area I live in my phone constantly shows NO SERVICE.. I'm lucky to get 1 bar .. A pointless one bar that won't let you make or receive a call before it goes off.

I can't phone 3 as you can't hear me cause my phone keeps going off. I have to travel 3 miles away to be able to get signal on my phone.

I have a iPhone 4s so this isn't some cheap phone.

Do not sell a product if you can't back up. What you are offering . Now I have to change network
