I bought a phone on an Orange contract from scancom, I ordered on line and they were very quick and easy. However, two phones where delivered so I called scancom to let them know and ask what to do. Their customer service was terrible and they were down right rude. I was told I'd ordered two!!! But they arranged a pick up for the other phone, but the guy on the other end had a real attitude.

Later I was receiving many unwanted cold calls from phone sales people (different direct marketing firms). I found from orange that scancom may have passed on my details to third parties. So I e-mailed them to complain. To which I received a very snotty response!

Basically I wouldn't use them again.
