I found no problems whatsoever in communicating with them and fond absolutely no issues with the product I did receive. Especially, the customer care department was really kind enough to help me with tracking my order which apparently seemed to have lost during the shipment.

I dont have many things to say about this website because I have used it once only. But I would say that, their repute is in doubt. I appreciate the transparency of payments that they maintain but the quality of the packing is not that convincing. May be mine was an exceptional case but I would really question their standards!
