Very Fast Delivery And A Bargain Phone

Wow we were expecting 5 day delivery but the delivery was the next day. Phone was excellent value. What can we say but an excellent service 10/10! Would highly recommend !

My First Phone

Great 1 phone Nokia 100 pink perfect for my needs ....great price £19.19 very fast delivery. I now can keep in touch with my family very easily the phone is very simple two use ..no bells & whistles to confuse a first timer !!!

Nokia Phone 10 Customer Service 0

On the Sunday I ordered an inexpensive Nokia phone for my son who had lost his rather more expensive phone 10 days earlier. I wanted it delivered on Wednesday when there would be someone in to sign for it. I paid for 3 day delivery, but It did not arrive on the Wednesday. I then went to my laptop and discovered I had been sent 2 e- mails saying there was a problem with my order and asking me to phone. It was too late that day so I rang as soon as they were open on the Thursday morning. I was told that the phone had been delayed due to a random security check which was being carried out and I was asked some questions, the answers I gave were satisfactory and I was told they could now process my order. I enquired when I would receive the phone and was told probably Monday as you have paid for 3 day delivery.

I thought about this and then rang back to complain. I received an extremely unsympathetic and dis-interested response to my complaint. I said I had wanted the phone delivered on Wednesday and now I am told it will be next Monday. He said I could understand your complaining if you had paid for next day delivery but you didn't. I said well what about delivering it on Saturday then? I was told - you haven't paid for that. I said well you held up the order and I responded to your e mails as soon as I could. He replied that we are an internet based company and we contact our customers by e-mail. He also told me that we have to carry out random security checks as mobile phones can be used for all sorts of fraud. He was not prepared to offer any compromise on delivery. I said well if you request feedback you are going to get some very negative feedback from me. He replied that's up to you. I would have expected given the situation, to be told, we have upgraded the delivery to next day or alternatively, we have refunded your delivery charge, but instead I was left seething.

On Friday I was surprised to find when I got home that the phone had been upgraded to next day delivery, and despite having a large label affixed saying:- "not to be left safe, must be signed for" it had been left un-signed for in my porch.

There was no problem with the phone and in the end I got it sooner than I was told I would. However the customer service experience over the phone was frankly awful.

Samsung 305e7a Laptop, Amd A6-3420m Quad Core, 17.3"

I bought this laptop for my eldest son aged 15 and was so impressed I have bought another for my youngest son aged 11, just over 2 months ago. So far so good and we are all very impressed with the spec, quality and price from Save on Laptops.

We went to this site as a friend of mine purchased his laptop and again was impressed.

I ordered a mobile phone. was despatched within 24 hours. Arrived in perfect condition. ONE big problem: Citylink courier was a nightmare. took 3 tries and 3 phone calls plus 2 wasted days. If you live near Exeter, insist on another courier. They seem unable to follow instructions or read a screen.
