I've had a similar experience with Mobilemadness to the person who's written a review before me. When buying the contract I had a few queries, they replied back by email, but when it came to 'cashback'. I wonder where they disappeared to?

I bought a mobile phone on 12 month contract from Mobilemadness.com, with the promise of half price line rental. This was to be reimbursed providing I sent off my six month bill within 30 days of receiving it.

This I did, having taken a copy of my bill and contract documents! I sent it special delivery so that I knew it had got there.

Needless to say I didn't receive any money from them. I rang them and left a message on the answering machine. No one rang me back....

I faxed the information again... no reply at first. Then a lady rang me up and said that she was getting all of mobile madness faxes that I was sending, as the fax number wasn't theirs!

I tried emailing them several times to no avail. No reply.

I even wrote to Watchdog about them, and told mobilemadness I had. Still no reply...

Still no money, or even the courtesy of a reply. The phone was never answered, except by an answering machine.

This was in June 2004, and I'm still waiting!!
