Awful! Do Not Buy!

We bought a “new” iPhone that was supposed to be virtually unused. Turns out it had water damage and a non Apple screen. Apple said we had bought a dud and the warranty had been invalidated.

Do not use this company. They are passing off old phones as new.

Sells Massively Used Gear Over Amazon Germany.

BE WARNED!!! They sell massively used Smartphones (especially iPhones) declared as "Like new. Technical 10/10 optical 9/10)over Amazon in Germany. What you get is a scratched device, with dents all over and, as in my case, cracked / broken out pieces of plastic. All for an relatively high price, without original parts (Cable, charger,headphones, package). Feedback seems to be non existent, after asking for images from the delivered phone they sit still....no answers. In my case i will inform the international consumer care organization about this company and it´s behavior.

I have purchased my last two mobile phones from this website / company without any problems whatsoever. My most last purchase (Nokia 5800 XpressMusic) arrived within 24hrs of completing my online purchase, all items stated as included arrived in the box and i've never had any problems claiming my monthly redemption charges which have always been paid promptly.

My son almost got lured into dealing with this "company". Luckily, I intervened. I sent them an email requesting price information and when I got a reply it was from an IP address in Nigeria. That should tell you all you need to know! Buyer beware!!!!

I've Had My Contract With Mobile Express For The F

I've had my contract with Mobile Express for the full 18 months and I have had all five cheque refunds paid to me promptly. I have followed instructions exactly and have never had a problem. I like the company and the process enough to enter into a second contract without hesitation.

The Deal Seemed Fantastic, Too Good To Be True, I

The deal seemed fantastic, too good to be true, I know. Delivery was over a week late and two weeks after the phone arrived, I am still waiting for a phone number to be allocated. My old contract has now also ceased so I am without a phone. I will be fighting to cancel this with everything I have!!

the worst purchase i've ever made. i was lured in by the offer of an unbeatable deal on my contract. the money saved was to be returned to me by the form of cash back (this part of the contract never materialized). after sending off countless letters and emails and receiving no replies i decided to contact them only to find out that their only telephone service is automated and does not involve any conversation with a human. To add this comment i had to complete a small survey of the Mobile Express. this survey wouldn't allow me to put anything below one. i would have put minus if i could.

I'm Really Surprised To Read The Bad Reviews About

I'm really surprised to read the bad reviews about this company. I'm now on my 4th contract with them and have never had any problems. My cashback claims have always been processed quickly and the money is in my account usually within 7 days of my posting it of. I know that they have the rules about which bill you need to send and when, but to be fair they do tell you all that information when you take out the contract. I've only ever had a problem with 1 of the phones I have purchased and I just got it fixed by taking it into the airtime providers shop.

Phone arrived without sim card.I found it difficult to speak to a human customer services advisor.It seemed as though Customer Services had not read my e-mails properly.Missing sim card took 10 days to arrive. I will never use this Company again.
