It Took Over A Year To Get All My Cash Back Cheque

It took over a year to get all my cash back cheques from Mobile Club 7 www.mobileclub7.com and after threatening them by letter, sent recorded delivery, to take them to the small claims court, I finally received a cheque for the complete amount.

I Am Having Difficulty With Cashback Claim, D

I am having difficulty with cashback claim, despite them confirming receipt of my claim. I get the same reply every time I email them (they haven't answer their phones) saying they are processing my payment.

I will be using the small claims court to try and get my '£120 back

Ok Folks, Just A Very Quick Note To Inform All Of

Ok folks, just a very quick note to inform all of you who are still "waiting" for their cashbacks. You may never receive it. I have IN THE END received mine after more than a year! But it was not because they kept their word on the cashback but because they had to due to a court claim against them.

Here's how you can get your cashback fast and efficiently (well it worked for me anyway), go to https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/csmco2/index.jsp and sign up there. Pay the small court fee (which you can later win/claim back from mobileclub7) and explain what happened and how you were promised the cashback but it never arrived. You can even request for interest to be paid to you (see terms on site). They will then receive a county court form which they would need to act within 14 days or so. If they fail to act, you can proceed with judgement. Just make sure you have all the proof of delivery and other related documents at hand.

I only used the HMCS money claim system because they kept promising me that I'll receive my cashback for weeks on end and I never got them and they would later ignore my emails. A year and 3 failed cashbacks later, it became apparent that they would never ever pay me, so I decided to just file an online claim with the court as they were beyond breaching their terms of the contract.

Anyway, I hope this would help some of you in getting your money back. I'll try to pop back here from time to time and try and answer your questions if there are any. Good luck!

My Contract Had Finished In April 2006, I Had Rece

my contract had finished in April 2006, i had received all 2 cashbacks, apart from the last one, which amounts up to 89.04*2, i have been i touch with them every month to get my cash back since April 2006, and i keep getting the same old story that we have a backlog, just recently i phoned them in August 07, i heard the backlog had finished and my cheque will be with me in one week, what a load of rubbish its is now Oct 07, i have been waiting a whole year, and 7months, i am really getting impatient, even considering legal action,

NO-ONE USE THE MOBILECLUB 7/ TULIP/SANITY, as you will fall into the same scam as i have

Having Difficulty Obtaining The Cash Back From Mob

Having difficulty obtaining the cash back from Mobile Club 7. Emails are not always replied to. I eventually spoke to their customer services, who said I should receive a cheque within 4 weeks, which, if received, will be 10 weeks late. They claim they are having problems with their accounts department!

I've Had Limited Success Getting My Cashback From

I've had limited success getting my cashback from Mobile Club 7. For a start, in the year I've had a contract with them, they've changed the address you need to send your paperwork to twice. Needless to say, they didn't inform me.

You need to send everything by recorded delivery, and print out and keep the proof of delivery from the Royal Mail website. I then keep checking on a weekly basis with the online help system that they have received it. Once you get confirmation of this, print out and keep the 'chat' as proof.

Then after 21 days, as you may not have heard anything from them by then, write to the customer services manager, and explain politely what has happened, and as you have heard nothing from them they are in breach of contract. I also told them that i would take the matter further if I heard nothing within 14 days. Don't forget to send this by Recorded delivery as well. This has been enough for me for all of my cashbacks, and the cheque has arrived shortly afterwards.

Don't be afraid to take the legal route if you get no joy. It's easy now, and can all be done online at Money Claim UK. It's also cheap, and you can claim all expenses back. Just remember to keep copies of everything and you can't fail.

I Have Now Informed Watchdog About Mobile Club 7.

I have now informed Watchdog about Mobile Club 7. If everyone else who's had the same experience filled in the watchdog form on the BBC website they might fight our corner for us. But they won't do anything unless they receive multiple issues with the same company.

I Have Not Received My Cashback Dating Back To Jan

I have not received my cashback dating back to January 2007, nor the one from May 2007. I am told each time I phone that my cashback has been authorised and that I will receive it in 2 weeks. I am considering legal action.
