I Have Had A Contract Phone With You Since Jan And

i have had a contract phone with you since Jan and i was on the cash back system because i already had a o2 contract.i have had many problems with this contract and its still going on.You told me that i would recieve a full refund by 27th September and i have not got a penny.This bill has now gone to moorcroft debt collection a bill that i dont even owe.This is bad Trading standards.I had tried calling your company many times and now the phone is disconected how conveniant.

Mobile 4 Free Contacted Me And Offered A New Three

Mobile 4 Free Contacted me and offered a new three contract. Sounded okay, except:

1) Offered to pay up on last three months of existing contract, this is a lie as they have never paid a penny

2) Sold me a phone on the basis of Free Skype-to-Skype, but the phone does not support Skype!

3) Offered a Free Mobile Dongle - lie, never sent anything

The phone is okay, but an old model from Samsung. The contract is fine and cheaper than my existing contract, but I got no Skype that I wanted.

Overall about £50 out of pocket, plus £75 savings in contract not given.

I have had the same experience as everyone here with mobile 4 free. i was deceived into thinking i had been given an upgrade from 02 when i eventually received the phone it wasnt what i was promised and am totally unable to get in touch with them to return it. i am appauled by the customer service of this company and now dont know who to talk to or what to do. Stay well clear!!!

Like Others, I Believed Mobile 4 Free Were O2 Righ

Like others, I believed Mobile 4 Free were O2 right up util the point when we were discussing phones and i realised they didn't do lots of the phones 02 does. I then asked for their company name and realised they were a seperate company! Thankfully I came on here before I signed up to anything and quickly said I wasn't interested.

Mobiles 4 Free Offered To Buy Out Our O2 Contract

Mobiles 4 free offered to buy out our O2 contract and it's now six months later and we have received nothing. I have sent them all of our bills as requested, left three messages which were never returned and I have written two letters of complaint which were also ignored. I then went through O2 to try to resolve this and they put me back through to mobiles 4 free who are now saying that we were not promised any cashback because of the model of phone we picked. I have now requested the voice recording of the conversation as they have to give this to us under the data protection act and we will see who is wrong!

I Have Had Exactly The Sme Expierience As Most Oth

i have had exactly the sme expierience as most others on here with mobile 4 free. they lead me to believe it was an up grade on my current o2 contract. then tried to charge me £15 to cancel it. they only waivered this after i said i was going to make a complaint. i eventully sent he phone back and now they are taking insurance money out of my account for the phone i do not have. i have been trying to contact hem for about a week. with no answer. i am absolutely appauled by the customer service of this company and would suggest to anyone thinking about using this company not to bother.

Disgusted In This Company, Was Made To Believe It

disgusted in this company, was made to believe it was a renewal on my old phone contract by 02!!! have tried to get in contact but with no reply, mobile for freenow owe me about £100. Then they have the cheek to call and say i could save money on my bills if i recomend friends! have never dealt with a worse company and advise any readers to stay clear! I have now called 3 and they say they are going to investigate, but we will see! I have been left paying mobile phone bills for me and my partner of over £130 each month, as mobiles4free mucked us about!

this also happened to me today, they contacted me said the same as they did to you . i was miss led and ended up giving them my details ( which they already had... dont ask how because i dont know ) havent got the phone yet and want to cancell everything before they send me the phone, when i tried to phone them back they wasnt answearing the customer help line so i phoned the sales line who said they couldnt help and need to phone the customer helpline ( also known as the line were no1 answears ) when i said that i wasnt getting a answear , he turned round and said that the department is closed ( closed at 1pm ???? what sort of company is this? ) and if the department was closed then what is sales still open for? anyway just wanted to know if any1 knows what there name is on your bankstatements so i can phone my bank up and get them stop all the withdrawals that they try to take before they get anything from me??? also has any1 had any luck getting this sorted out? thank you for your help...

Mobile 4 Free are absolutley horrible people and company, basically saying they were 02 and they were not, now they are ignorning my calls when I try to give them the phone back.

Deceptive Marketing By Mobile 4 Free, Rang Me With

Deceptive marketing by Mobile 4 Free, rang me with the line "Hi we're just calling regarding your current o2 contract" was led to believe they were offering an upgrade on my existing contract, though they did not actually make any false claims. Tried cancelling my contract within a week and am still trying, staff were rude and unhelpful, was also told that 3 rents out masts to o2 and only gives them 75% of the signal which sounded dubious.
