Do Not Send Your Gadgets To Them
Sent my 4th gen ipod for new battery and possible slight water damage, it got wet while camping. Was supposed to receive it back within 3 to 5 days, but two weeks later there's no news. So I email them and get a reply saying they can't fix it and were sending it back with no offer of a refund. It eventually arrived in worse condition than I sent it. You have been warned!
