I sent my ipod nano for repair and a new battery July 2013,I had a job to get it back and the battery now lasts around 5 hours the phone jack repair is worse than when I sent it October 2013.

I sent my ipod touch generation 4 off to this company for a repair middle of June. It belongs to my 13 year old foster child who managed over some time to save up the money to buy this herself, but had an accident after only two weeks and broke the screen. The only message that comes up when I check the status of the repair is 'Preparation in progress'. I have tried to contact them on both phone numbers on their website and have also emailed them on a few occasions. However, I am becoming increasingly concerned, as to date I have had no response and no returned ipod either and I am dealing with a very upset teenager who is desperate to have her ipod back. What is that telling her about the world? Shame on you!

I paid for a repair for my Iphone4 at a cost of £29.99 with www.iphoneapplerepairs.co.uk and sent to them by recorded delivery. Money was taken through Paypal and a record of delivery was received by Royal Mail on the 24 June 2013.

According to them the repair would be carried out and the phone returned by return and by way of Royal Mail.

No return and the telephone number 0126 828 7578 is never answered jaand you cannot leave an answer phone message. The mobile telephone number 0774 552 5166 is not recognised.

(Type the mobile number into search engine it comes up in a Polish language which when translated refers to looking for people to repair Iphones)

I sent 2 messages threatening legal action if the iphone is not returned repaired and/or refunding my £29.99. No reply to my emails

On 4th July I receive an email stating the iphone has been posted by Royal Mail and a URL would be sent so I could track the item.

No tracking number and no delivery to date.

I am now in the process of taking court action against them and will be contacting the police regarding what I consider the theft of my iphone.

This company? has been acting in this way for almost 12 months as can be seen by other posts.

Be warned!

I've emailed and tried ringing numerous times

No responses back from either, communication is shocking

My son is going bonkers at the thought of not seeing his phone again

And I can't afford to buy another one, if that's the case.

I dropped my iPhone 4G and broke its glass. So I checked with the Apple store about a repair, and they offered me a replacement for over £120. That seemed steep and wasteful, so I went hunting online for repair options. No need to fill landfills with broken iPhones. I found iphoneapplerepairs.co.uk. I sent my iPhone off for a screen repair over 2 weeks ago and it has still not been returned despite the fact the website said that repairs are done within 24 hours. I have tried to get in touch with the company by the email address and 2 telephone numbers on their website but with no response. I am starting to think this site may be a scam and if it is not here within the next week I will be going to the police.

thought that i was morally obligated to write a review about this company, because I was very worried about sending my iphone to a random website i found, it took a while, but if you want your phone to be fixed, (not stolen, like i was scared might happen) then use this website, perfectly fine, decent prices, no problems with my phone afterwards. So, long story short, decent website, don't worry, it will be fine.
