After dropping an HTC Desire the glass was fine but the screen just showed a strange pattern. Everything else about the phone worked and we were even able to call someone (totally random but we guessed the voice). Only the Micro SD card could be accessed because to get HTC sync working you need to make the appropriate screen selection which was (obviously) not possible.

We were on the point of chucking the phone away when we found www(dot)htcdesirescreenreplacement(dot)com on a google search.

Brilliant, quick turnaround, reasonable price and the phone is now working with all our data preserved.

I can't really find any fault with this service. Maybe the phone could have been returned in a box rather than a jiffy bag (would have been a shame if the Royal Mail had undone all their good work.

Time will tell if the repair lasts. Let's hope.
