I HAVE ORDERED AN ANSWERING MACHINE IT HASNT COME AS YET BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS I HAVE EMAILED LOTS OF TIMES AND NO REPLY AVOID THEY DONT GET BACK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE A QUERY ONE EMAIL IS ALL I WANTED BUT NOTHING

Bought a phone base power cable. They sent the wrong one. I returned it next day.Paid return postage.Sent all the relevant documentation. Long story short. Seven weeks later. No emails. Refund on threat of Paypal refund procedure. No sign of postage for return. I don't need to say avoid.

Avoid this company!

I purchased this item from their website on 2/12/17 and it was faulty on arrival (the phone display would go blank without warning when fully charged). They doubted me so I had to buy test equipment (£20), different makes of rechargeable battery (£12) and make a video showing the fault

They eventually agreed after three weeks to refund me but refused to pay for the return postage (£3.90), saying that their test engineer could find no fault. PayPal eventually agreed to refund the return postage to me (an excellent service from them).

Homephonesonline are a shower and I'm amazed that BT and other reputable outfits do business with them. They hide behind their online presence and don't publish a telephone number.

Buy elsewhere!

Beware I ordered a mains power supply unit but ordered the wrong one, returned this and ordered the right one. Still not received the part or my money back. They do not answer my emails either so beware

Well, I must be lucky then. After ordering a refurbished phone, it didn't arrive and was told a second one had been sent off which didn't arrive either. Said I would complain to PayPal and this immediately produced a total refund including carriage charges.

Happy with my purchase and service.

Was asked if I could write a review as I understand reviews have been left for a company trading on eBay and not about website!! Can't speak for other people but my experience was positive and would recommend.

Thought I was buying a brand new BT2500 Quin phone set (certainly for the price I paid). They arrived separately packed in a cardboard box with no original packaging. Unfortunately I read all the other poor reviews after I had made the purchase. They arrived after a few days and so far seem to be OK. 

Homephonesonline.co.uk were advertising a carer phone including pendant, I ordered two, but when they arrived there were no pendants - various emails and letters did not get them to send the pendants and so I purchased the pendants from Amazon and reported homephonesonline.co.uk to Trading Standards. I considered taking them to the small claims court but life is to short to waste on companies like these.

I won't be using them again and suggest that you don't either.

I have used this company for a number of times and haven't had any trouble, good communication's as when i did have a problem it was resolved quickly and professionally.

Complaints seem to be about condition however if you look at there website they sell items which are refurbished as they sell discontoniued items which can't be bought new, like my BT Diverse range

Have recommened company to friends and family and will have no problem using again.
