I phoned them they told me they had phone in stock so I ordered they took my money but no phone arrived still waiting for phone have emailed 8time no reply have tried phone all different times for a week no answer take my advice and avoid

I ordered the phone several days ago, the money has gone from my account, I emailed to ask what was going on they said it was odd it hadn't been shipped and would get back to me. Tried to call, no answer. Sent another email, no reply. Missin £269 and still no sign of my phone!!! Not impressed!

Please that I stumbled upon GUM mobile on eBay, their service and treatment of customers is 2nd to none. The whole process of the purchase was enjoyable from start, to finish. 100% satisfied :-)

I contacted gum mobile about a new nokia 5800.. they replied really fast and their answer was spot on!. I think they are fairly new but i ordered the phone anyway and it came next day! exactly what I wanted. They even gave me £10 off to celebrate their launch...Fantastic! I would definatly recommend this site and I will be going back.
