Ob I t ordered on January 01, they took the money from me (with proof pay..l in support) but there was never an order confirmation, obviously I never received the ob je t, i have sent 5 emails since january 01 on several email addresses to them, never got a single response .

This is called theft.

I will use the payment intermediary's purchase protection .

Please don't buy from them.

A mobile repair shop in Dundrum Centre, Dublin quoted me Euro70 - Euro80 to replace my MS Lumia 550 screen or buy a new phone as they said this model is not very popular anymore. I contacted formymobile.co.uk ordered a MS Lumia 550 screen/tiny tool[Tork 4] for less than Euro 30, posted overnight. I followed online instructions and my old, unpopular model is working like new. It's only 2yrs old. I refuse to be ripped off. I also care deeply about our environment and our 'throw-away' society. I am a 62yr old woman and I say to all other 'old people' out there, trust your instincts and abilities and challenge yourself. There is nothing we can't do. It was so simple, a little fiddly due to the size of the gadget, but, once I got my teeth into it, there was no stopping me. The online instructions used graphics as well as text which is great for people who don't like reading instructions. Overall the service, delivery and instructions could not be faulted.

I ordered a part for my Nokia phone. Promised delivery 1st class post. A week later I contacted them that the item had not arrived. They did not answer my emails nor their ' live chat' on their website. I requested a refund which they also failed to answer.

I contacted Visa credit card and they issued a credit.

I ordered the part from an alternative supplier which arrived 3 days later and at less cost.

Items arrived 4 weeks after order date and were returned. Seller still demanding payment

I ordered a display for a Sony Ericsson W995 as mine stopped working.

A few days later i recieved it wiht international shipping.

I changed the screen with the help of the repairguide from formymobile.co.uk which is very detailed. You just need to remember which screws belong where to build it together again.

I think I broke a little plastic hook uring this, but that was the fault of my clumsiness.

Thank you for the amazing service. My phone now works againg hopefully a for a few more years.
