Didnt Have Everything On That I Expected.

The staff in shop totally went over board about this fone it didnt have as much as they said and i asked for things and they said it was on the fone and it wasnt so wasnt happy at all about it wouldnt go back there again.

Worst Customer Service Ever Experienced.

I bought a Samsung phone a couple of months ago from fones.com and when I received it I noticed the charger plug was for the continent, not the UK. Also, the memory card did not fit the phone (wrong model). I have complained via their website (which timed out) and by email and eventually they sent me a new charger, only it was for a different model and did not fit the phone. Hard to believe, I have been complaining ever since, to no avail. Avoid like the plague.

Overall I Found The Fones.com Website Easy To Use

Overall I found the Fones.com website easy to use and it was easy to find the product I was looking for. I chose to buy from this website, which made it the best value contract iphone available on the deal and network I wanted.

The only problem I had was that the Apple iphone was showing as 'in stock' when I ordered it but having placed my order I was sent an email to say the phone was out of stock. Therefore I had to wait a while for my phone. Customer Services were very good in that they phoned me to tell me the phone would be back in stock in 1-2 weeks and offered me the option to cancel or purchase an alternative. I was slightly concerned my PAC code would expire however the phone arrived within a week which was sooner than expected. Overall I was very pleased with the experience, my cashback has tracked and I have had no problems with the phone.
