My 12 Month Contract Ended In July 2007 And I Have

My 12 month contract ended in July 2007 and i have still not received my first cashback from them. I have phoned them hundreds of times, they either did not answer or made excuses like the cashback has been delayed and that i will be receiving it within the next month but it has never happened. I am owed £420.00. This company is not recommended!

Direct Phone shop www.directphoneshop.co.uk - The procedure for cash back is deliberately made as complicated as possible. However, I followed the procedure to the letter. They have refused my cash back on the grounds that the first bill covers use from July to August, which they claim counts as 2 bills. I am in the process of challenging this through Trading Standards & Small Claims Court.

They sent the wrong colour phone and defaulted on the cashback offer despite following their rigorous procedures to the letter.

I found them awful for communicating with, as far as I'm aware I never received a response to any of my emails.
