To keep it short, my order total was under £7, I decided i did not want this product, which was a phone charger. I contacted Datakits on 7 occasions receiving no reply. Three weeks later nothing.

After reading around the internet, I could not believe that I was not the only one conned by this company, and that they were still running!.

I contacted SAGEPAY who had processed my payment, with all the details. It took 2 messages to sagepay, and lo and behold I received a refund!

So, all those who paid via SAGEPAY, contact them with the details, and keep contacting them. After all, they are the ones processing the payments for these jokers. All the bad press reflects bad on them.

Paying with paypal could pose problems as they seem to provide paypal with false signed for slips, which paypal seem to accept as delivery, even though the goods have never ever been delivered.

DATAKITS - These people are fraudulent - I have not received the goods I ordered about 6 weeks ago nor have had a refund - DO NOT USE DATAKITS EVER! The phoneline is dead and they don't respond to emails. I would give them zero stars if I could. How can people like this live with themselves.

They are terrible. The goods haven't and I''ve been waiting 3 weeks. The phone number is an answering machine, they don't respond to emails and emails to complaints@ are returned because the quota has been exceeded.

Don't buy anything from them. In effect, it's a scam.

I have ordered from Datakits a few years back and had no issues.

About 4 weeks ago I placed an order which never arrived. Datakits failed to respond to my voicemails or emails.

I advised them that I would be taking legal action and starting a claim against them and today I had a response from them. It is still a lot of mumble but at least its a response. I just wanted to pass on the contact details of this new email address thats popped up, since the admin@datakits, sales@datakits and complaints@datakits dosen't seem to work anymore.

I bought a cover for a mobile phone, it took about 3 weeks to come. The item tore and they said they would replace it, I returned the item at a cost to me and I am still waiting for my replacement nearly 2 months later. I just can't be bothered to keep pestering although I do have the proof of postage.... Keep away from this company, do not order! They are dreadful

Another lesson leared: check every sites you've never ordered before from!!! I wish I've read the reviews before I started dealing with these guys... No order delievered. No reply for my emails. And credit card charged. Hope i'll be able to get my money back.

Datakits.co.uk is actually a fraudulent online shop trying to rip off their customers!

I did order the goods ... got no response at all. I was waiting and waiting. Then I got angry and did contact my card issuer for the refund.

Surprice surprice ... I've got the goods within a week. However I did contact my bank and gave them the refund back.

Do not ever shop from this website!!!

The goods never arrived and they didn't answer any emails for a month. The phone number on their website doesn't exist. BUT I wrote to their postal address and got an email reply within a week, and they say they have refunded to my credit card (not yet got statement so can't check).

THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE AND NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF CHEAP CON ARTISTS!! ORDERED GOODS THAT NEVER ARRIVED AFTER WAITING A MONTH. NO REPLIES TO EITHER PHONE CALLS OR E-MAILS. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SCUM!!!

Waste of time, please do not buy anything from these jokers, the level of customer care and communication is astounding !!, astounding in the fact it doesn't exist in any shape or form.

1. Ordered goods.

2. Goods never arrived.

3. Sent Datakits an enquiry ref my order.

4. No reply

5. Emailed again.

6. No reply.

7. Informed CC company.

8. CC Company try to contact Datakits.

9. No reply.

I've given in, wish I'd read reviews first.
