I sent my phones to them at 2 Nov 2014, they said they did not receive it, then never communicated with me any more!! I lost my phones and may not get my money or phones back!!I will sue them!!

dont use this website. they had my phone for 11 days ive emailed every day heard nothing back!!!!! im going to go down to the postcode they gave me and going to be hell on

I sent a mobile phone to tbis company on 3rd February 2015 and was looking forward to receiving £74.00! I emailed the company after a couple of weeks as I hadn't received any money. I was told that they had not received my mobile and what packaging was it in! I gave them the information and two different team members emailed me back saying they would get in touch with their manager and that was two weeks ago. I have emailed them again twice too each team member and guess what? They are not answering now!

I emailed this company about not receiving my money back in January and have not heard from them since. I have just noticed the website is no longer there and no chance of ever seeing the money they owe to me for the phone I sent to them for recycling.

Terrible company. No communications and unable to contact. Just started Small Claims procedure.

Please please please do not use this company. Phone was sent to them on the 2nd of January, they ignored e-mails and phone calls from me. Then on the 4th of February I got my phone back to say they don't want to go through with the transaction!

God knows what they've done to the phone, I'm scared to turn it on. Please use a more recognised name and just accept a slightly lower quote, because these people won't give you any money anyway.

Absolutely shocking company, comparison websites shouldn't be dealing with companies like this I will be reporting them where I can.

There communication and punctuality is awful. They are very quick to tell you that you MUST do everything within 7 days but they don't honour that themselves.

Was informed I would receive the jiffy bag for the phone next day which I didn't, I had to chase it up several times before it showed up over a week later. Once received I packed the phone up and sent it off next day and paid extra for recorded delivery, sure enough it was signed for the next day, a week passed and I hadn't even received confirmation from them that they had received the phone, if I hadn't have paid the extra myself I would have never known that the phone had been received. I received no confirmation to let me know when payment would be made. Again I chased this up several times before I received an email saying payment would be made the following day, still no payment received and I am now on the 5th working day. As per the website in T&C's payments take 5 working days. I will be taking legal action against them for this.

Never use this company. You agree a price with them for your mobile phone, you send it in the post and hear nothing back. BEWARE of this company.
