ORDERED UNIFORM WITH 5 DAY DELIVERY, 10 DAYS LATER AND STILL NO DELIVERY I EMAILED AND CANCELLED BUT THEY SENT THEM ANYWAY A FEW DAYS LATER. I RETURNED THE UNIFORMS AND AFTER A LOT OF CHASING I RECIEVED AN EMAIL SAYING I WOULD GET A REFUND, 3 MONTHS LATER AND IM STILL WAITING.

Goods order with 4/5 days delivery. Subsequently had to cancel due to them having stock issue and quoting over a month. Promise of refund but despite a number of emails still waiting for refund. See other review sites for similar experiences.

Very pleased with the service and product. Delivery was within the specified timeframe and the product (some office desks and chairs) we of a good quality and a fair price. Will use again.

Ordered some workwear from this website and it arrived next day as promised. Some of the garments did not fit as expected, but UK WorkStore were very efficient at taking them back and sending out replacement sizes. Very good service overall and will definitely use again.

It's over 3 weeks that I have tried to contact this Company to return an item which is too small. The package arrive without return details

I have sent emails every day via their website and from my personal email account and still no joy.

Also tried ring the number on the website just goes to voicemail asking customers to email. The office hours are 0900 - 1700 I rang dead on 0900 to get a voicemail.

I am now out of pocket and still have the item which does not fit

I ordered some fleeces with embroidered logos for my society and we were pleased with the quality. Now I want to order a few more and I am getting no response to my emails, messages left on UK Workstore's website or even a letter to their general manager. Since I have paid for the embroidery set-up, I don't want to go to another company for the new fleeces, but I am extremely frustrated by the complete lack of response to my new enquiry and I don't know why they don't reply.

Looking for some first aid equipment and came across this site. Found what we needed fairly easily. Price was ok and delivery was very quick (about 2 days).

They've got loads of other products on their website. Some really good stuff and their workwear clothing in particular was well priced. So bought some shirts while we were on their site. These actually arrived next day, before the first aid equipment.

Would highly recommend.

Everything from start to finish was the simplest yet most comprehensive service that you could imagine. The contact was prompt, courteous and professional. The choice of garments was very extensive. In the end we settled on a particular style of polo shirt and fleece for our staff, all embroidered with our company logo.

We ordered over 80 garments in total and they were embroidered and delivered within one week. Price was considerably cheaper than most (although admittedly not all) other websites that we looked at. Apart from that, I can't really think of any criticisms.

Excellent value for money and a fantastic service. Highly recommended.
