Purchased a few filters for your shop. Process was easy and delivery was quick. After delivery we got a call from someone from the store making sure everything arrived and was in good condition. We were also invited to share our experiences with the store via a link that was sent to us. They went out of their way to call so I figured I could take a few minutes and give a review. I would use again.

I needed a couple of filters and tried to place the order. I had a little difficulty getting the order placed so called to see if it went through. I was walked through the process, apparently I needed to hit a different button that I didn't see. The order was finally placed and they got here on time. I think the ordering was a little more difficult than other sites but once you get past that, everything seemed to go well.

I bought a Bendpak lift online from Bigboysgaragetoys. The sale went through quickly, the tracking information was sent promptly, and it arrived well packaged. Haven't installed it yet, but the equipment looks top notch. I would definitely do business with them again.

I bought a compressor from this company. After the sale and delivery I was asked to provide my thoughts on the "shopping experience". It was the same as many other stores I have used. I knew what I wanted, placed the order and had it delivered. It was on-time and there were no issues. they didn't do anything they that wowed me but did everything they should have. I would feel comfortable using again

We ordered a truck mount compressor because our old one crapped out. We found this store from Google and they had pretty good prices. We ordered and got the compressor within a week. recommendable.

Everything from start to finish was handled professionally and with a personal touch. Product delivered as promised in a timely fashion. Have since placed a second order with them.

I just purchased a couple of filters. I chose this store for the low prices and they had some good reviews so I wasn't too worried. Placed the order, got the shipping number the next day and had filters within the week. Nothing to complain about. I will use again if their prices stay low.

I was looking for a transfer switch for my portable generator that I bought. I found this store on Google. I went to the store and saw they had a large selection of generators but were a little light on the transfer switches. I knew which one I wanted and they had it at a good price but if I was trying to find or compare multiple ones then I would have been disappointed. I called and asked about that and was told that for the most part on smaller items if they can't compete they don't advertise it but they have others available to them. It would have been nice to have a larger selection in their online store to be able to compare like they do their other products.

Generator was out of stock at supplier but I was kept well informed on the delivery timeframe. Always responsive to my questions. Ultimately the generator was delivery was precisely as expected.

I have to thank the character of this store. I tried to order 1 hose reel but apparently hit 11 and didn't review the order before putting my CC information in. 15 minutes after I ordered I got a call from the owner to ask if I meant to order 11. That saved me over $1000 of additional hose reels I didn't need. I was happy that someone took the time to ask. I would highly recommend this store.
