I contacted customer services because though Royal Mail said they delivered the package it wasn’t delivered to my house and I’ve been checking with neighbours for 2 weeks. I contacted the customer service straight away and they said they’d contact Royal Mail and then update me. I’ve emailed twice since and had no reply. I’ve been patient waiting 7 days between each contact with the customer service team and still I’ve not heard anything since the initial email.

There’s no other way to contact them and I don’t know where to go from here other than contact someone for legal advice

I wanted to go bonkers and buy everything because the prices were so great. I thought ok I better dona trial purchase first and I ordered a few of the things I liked. The prices. were so good I was just thinking about buying on that principal alone. Anyway the tones down order was delivered on Saturday and the order was confirmed on Monday. I did order on a weekend so I was shocked the shipping came so fast. Very happy and pleased. Normally I wouldn't shop overseas but charges still cost less than buying the 4 items here. My one and only complaint (if you can call it that) is the email address for creating and account doesn't seem to work. At least not for me. that is how you see shipping but again it wasn't an issue because it was faster than timing given.

Beautiful bracelet (Lola Rose Erskine bracelet in Black Obsidian and silver metal). Very prompt dispatch and delivery, as always. Really appreciated the choice of gold or silver coloured metal. Also like the way this site often displays the same item more than once so that the customer can choose from the different markings of the natural stones.

I bought a disney couture bracelet from this website just after the new year to treat myself. I was quick and easy to order. To my surprise I recieved my bracelet 2 days after I had orderer it even though it said it would take 5 working days.

The packaging was small enough that it could fit through my letter box which was good as I am at university all day, however it also kept my bracelet safe and protected.
