My brother and I sold many watches through Xupes on a commission basis. They never disclosed the sale receipt of the buyer to us and took 10% of a “sale price” that they had claimed - this price was never evidenced. Don’t ever sell your watch through them as I am sure they took way more than the agreed 10%

Watch arrived today 10.15am only paid for it at 4pm the yesterday. The staff member who I spoke to was so polite and helpful and made the transaction perfect the watch was as described in mint condition with all paperwork and box.

I purchased a Longines Automatic Watch from Xupes I was very impressed with the buying experience and left thier premises very happy with my purchase. However after a few days I realised my watch was gaining time I know mechanical items can have teething problems. The watch was duly returned and I was told the clock wheel needed replacing after seven weeks yes seven weeks Xupes returned my watch with exactly the same problem.I had now lost confidence in the watch and certainly had no faith in Xupes ability to repair a watch. I requested a refund but Xupes were unwilling to do this saying they would repair it and return it to me with an extended guarantee I really no longer wanted this watch returned to me. I therefore contacted Citizens Advice who confirmed my consumer rights I then quoted them to Xupes who then agreed to refund my money bearing in mind I had been without a working watch and my money for nearly three months. My opinion of Xupes is of a very glossy company selling very glossy products but when things go wrong they have little or no substance.

I searched Xupes website via a handbag advertised by them on E-Bay .

I did a thorough research of the site to ensure it was a safe and genuine Company, whilst searching other sites for my Chanel Bag .

Xupes was the most impressive with the best reviews , I had a number of issues with my purchase and I have to say he was wonderful. We got there in the end and I love my bag!! .. TOP QUALITY PRODUCTS!! Definitely recommend , safe , secure and genuine!

I was somewhat apprehensive about purchasing an expensive item on the internet, however having contacted them by Email and spoken over the phone I was no longer worried. They were thoroughly professional and certainly know about watches. I ordered a ladies Must de Cartier and am very happy with my purchase.
