wish i read reviews first. made a purchase. they took my money the next day. has not arrived a month later. they are ignoring all of my emails and phone calls. this is the first time ive been ripped off online. going to keep trying. what a bunch of scumbags whoever runs this...

I recommend that no one even considers ordering anything from this site and it should be taken off any site referring them.
Order to charming treasures made 9th August never received and money was taken out of account. getting in touch via their contact us is not very good, I have not received a reponse and its even worse trying to phone them

The Charming Treasures online shop might better be avoided... Charming Treasures Italian Charm Boutique has taken my order and payment, but I still haven't received my order. I can't find a way to contact them. A very disappointing online shopping experience indeed!
Do not quit trying to get your money back or what you ordered.I will not quit calling, emailing them and turn them over to everything And everyone I can. They want you to forget about it so don't let them. Maybe they will get the hint and mail your order. I will not give up.
I found this review helpful because... i have just gone through the same experience and it was nice to know that i was not alone. ordering a lot of charms and not receiving them and money debited from account.
