Having originally ordered some flat shaped sample rings I quickly realised that these were not going to be right for me. I got back in contact with the team at wedding-rings.co.uk who were very helpful in advising me and sending out some additional samples at no extra cost. The replacement samples were much more suitable and as such I went ahead and placed an order for a ring in palladium.

The finished ring is beautiful and certainly exceeded my expectations. The delivery time was around 2 weeks which is fair enough as I understand the ring was made to order, although quicker would have been better to save the apprehension.

Overall a great product and very good service – they even knocked off £10 from my order to cover the cost of the sample rings!

I cannot recommend Hathaway Styles/wedding-rings.co.uk enough! Their service and attention to detail was superb. I wanted two bespoke rings with custom engraving, diamonds and mill grain edges. They were so helpful as they made me an exact replica of how our rings would look in silver (even set with fake diamonds!), so we could be absolutely certain that we had the design right before we went ahead with the actual rings. We were so impressed with the sample that we ordered straight away, and they had our rings made within the timescale agreed. Thank you and we will be recommending you to others.

The website was recommended to us by a friend who had previously used them and is very happy with her rings. After browsing the website and finding the type of rings that we were interested in I phoned them up to ask about the engraving options. We wanted to have Roman numerals engraved on the outside of both rings, and the lady on the phone was very helpful.
