Ordered some wedding cufflinks from these guys 2 weeks ago, i wanted to match my colour scheme in a certain shade of blue, i discussed my options with them  prior to ordering and he kindly sent me proofs before the order was created. After confirming my order delivery took 1 week as it was a bespoke design and order. I just wanted to say how pleased we were with the final product, they really look super and the colour match is fantastic, what a quality gift for my Guys thanks Wedding Cufflink Company...

Very unhappy, I have my wedding coming up and liked the look of a pair of cufflinks from this site. Seemed a reasonable price. Made my purchase over the internet with no problems. Received invoice/payment/order e-mail with ref code almost straigh away. Checked payment had left my account, again all seemed fine. Delivery should have taken approx 1 week according to site info. 3+ weeks on and nothing. Tried to call both numbers listed for company 1 comes up as invalid, other just rings and rings. Sent e-mail and no reply. Has this company gone bust!!!

The picture of the cufflinks I recieved was clearly altered. I had to write three emails to get an answer, and was told I had to pay all shipping costs if I wanted to return them. I feel very exploited.

Furthermore, the emails I recieved in our conversation lacked punctuation, was all lowercase letters, and had bad grammar.

I would just like to post this comment, i purchased some wedding cufflinks from http://www.weddingcufflinkcompany.co.uk for only £3.99 a pair, i was a bit worried being so cheap,but i got a free guest book as i purchased 10 pairs of wedding cufflinks. I was so pleased with the price of the cufflinks and so pleased with such a fast delivery, if you want a budget cufflink for a silly price then i suggest you take a look as iam so very happy, thank you Wedding Cufflink Company, for saving me a fortune.
