Really disappointing on such a special day. Turned up late; started late; were unfriendly and unprofessional throughout despite having a great website. Thoroughly poor value for money. Wrote a letter of complaint and am still waiting for a response!

I'm sorry to see that my husband and I are not the only ones who lost their money to these people. They sent us the wrong rings. We called and sent the rings back as directed by the man on the phone. We never saw new rings or our money again. I called and wrote letters for months. I have not managed to get through on their phones either. Is there anything we can do? We lost $1800!!!

Took my payment then shipped the wrong product and never shipped correct item. I contacted Google checkout team and filed a report with them and they refunded the 6oo dollars because I used their checkout. Anyone who used google checkout, I suggest you try the same

I purchased from them about 14 months ago prior to my wedding. Product took forever (~6 weeks) to arrive. After weeding i did get it resized from them in a reasonable period of time though.

You're spot on! I do a fair bit of my luxury goods shopipng online, and it's frustrating how often the pictures of the stuff are mediocre, now showing any texture, and real shape or anything that make the item desirable. If I'm about to spend my hard earned cash for something I could easily live without (and let's be honest, jewellery, while nice, comes far down the list behind paying the mortgage and getting food on the table), then I want to be woo'ed. I want to be seduced. I want to be shown how wonderful it will feel to have this item in my hand, and I want it hinted at that all my friends will be green with envy, and the opposite sex will be lining up in so high numbers that there are track marks in the concrete pavement outside my door. Well, a bloke can always dream, right?

Like so many reviews I've read, I too had a bad experience with Wedding Bands Fast. I did receive my wedding ring in a week or two, but then sent it back for resizing...bad mistake! It's been 6 months and I still don't have it. At this point, I don't think I'll be receiving a ring or refund. I contacted the BBB in NY and CT, but neither can help me. They suggested contacting the CT Department of Consumer Protection and the CT State Attorney General's Office.

I Ordered My Husbands Wedding Band About 3 Weeks B
I ordered my husbands wedding band about 3 weeks before our wedding. Cutting it close I know, but that should still be plenty of time for a wedding band to ship. A couple of days after I purchased the wedding band online from Wedding Bands fast, I was looking at my online bank statement and weddingbandsfast.com had charged me TWICE. I went on their website to check my order status, thinking that I may have accidentally clicked to order two times, and there were two rings on the way. I thought I would just return one once it got here and get my refund. Wrong! Although I had been charged twice, the wedding band site only had me down for 1 ring with an expected delivery of 5 - 7 days. I called the numbers on the site over and over and over, to not get a single person. I e-mailed; nothing. The ONE ring didn't even come until 3 weeks AFTER the wedding. I still have not got hold of anybody there.

Placed the order, waiting for my ring (of course, never came), contacted customer services (nobody answered the phone), finally talked to them, talked to them again (said sorry that they thought the order was shipped, but he didn't know what's going on), canceled my order (and never got the refund back). Fortunately, I used Google checkout to pay for the ring and actually got the refund back.
