They take your money and you get nothing in return. i have emailed them several times now and no reply. i wouldnt suggest this site to anybody so please dont fall for the same mistake as i did.

I purchased a Tissot through Watcheshead.com. After 5 days I had not receiving any word or email of if or when I would receive my purchase. I then sent them an email inquiring when I could expect to receive the watch.

They replied the following day saying they did not have the watch & it was being shipped internationally to them. When they received the watch they would then ship the watch to me. This process, I was told, would take at least 2 weeks. According to them 2 weeks shipment is stated on the website.

I asked for a refund & got it. If your in the market for a watch: I'd advise another website (like jomashop.com - in my case) that will promptly deliver the product your interested in.

I stumbled upon watcheshead.com after seeing in in google. the online chat service was immediate and helpful and i bought a watch that i was searching for a long time. the price was good after comparing the price in a few websites and the delivery was fast as promised.
