Deception
Debited my account straight away then failed to supply the watch ,offered a full refund failed to do so regardless of repeated requests and threats of legal action. They are a very clever outfit that certainly know consumer law inside out and appear to be untouchable at present, so deal with them at your peril.
I was fortunate that my bank assisted me in this matter but you may not be so lucky so take my advise and give these people a wide birth.

Hi.
My name is Rui In cio, I'm from Portugal (so, please, forgive my English), and have the worst experience with watch33.
In August 2010, I ordered a watch (Seiko Velatura SPC049P1) to watch33. After my order was placed, I was informed by Mr. Anthony that the item was discontinued.
Still in August 2010, Mr. Anthony gave me the choice of choosing another model or a full refund. I chose then a full refund. And now, March 2011, 7 months later, I still don't have my money back.
No watch and no money!

Avoid Watch33.com At All Costs. They D
Avoid WATCH33.com at all costs.
They debit your credit card immediately & then make a long list of excuses for not providing the watch. Needless to say, even when they finally admit they can't supply the ordered item, they use similar tactics in delaying the refund.
I had to get my card company involved & they have done a manual chargeback.
Watch33's bankers are now investigating.
Don't be fooled by a flash website

After Taking My Money I Was Told The Item Was Disc
After taking my money i was told the item was discontinued. That was in August 2010. The bank gave me back my money in December 2010 and they are now dealing with it. A company called Dial a watch supplied me with the same product (TAG watch) within two weeks of placing my order.

Ordered A Watch At The Start Of December For A Chr
Ordered a watch at the start of December for a Christmas present. It was a Tag, 700 quids worth. 1 week later they called me up to confirm credit card details and said it would arrive the next week. 21st December, still no watch or no confirmation email. So i sent them email explaining its a Christmas present and I am now worried if i will get it in time. I got this responce... WATCH33 a total let down, went back on the site the watch now says OUT OF STOCK.. but also has gone up by 100 pounds! I can get it cheaper elsewhere now in town. WATCH33 I hope you read all these reviews.

I Ordered A Watch On The 8th October 2010 For My H
I ordered a watch on the 8th October 2010 for my husbands 60th birthday and was told at the time that the watch was in stock. To date, 10th December, I have had neither the watch or a refund. Despite being told
that I would receive a refund for the last 4 weeks I still have nothing.
The only person who ever answers the phone is Anthony. He refers to a
manager but I very much doubt one exists. I wish I had not gone anywhere
near this site and would urge anyone else not to use their website. Do
not be sucked in my the cheaper prices quoted because they cannot get the
watches at those prices or at any other price. Avoid at all costs. I now
intend going through the courts to get my money back

A Raymond Weil Freelander Watch Was Ordered On 25/
A Raymond Weil Freelander watch was ordered on 25/10/2010.
On the 02/11/2010 a message was sent via Watch33 internal e-mail site enquiring about delivery, a reply was received informing me that they were expecting a delivery week commencing 15/11/2010.
On 19/11/2010 another message was sent again enquiring about delivery. No reply.
On 23/11/2010 I telephoned Watch33 informing them that I wished to cancel due to non delivery. I was told that I would reimbursed immediately.
On the 24/11/2010 a message was again sent informing them of the cancellaton. No reply
Up to the present date no contact has been received and no money reimbursed.
The problem has now been forwarded to my credit card supplier.
