Awful service! After ordering a watch for my dad's birthday I was concerned to see if only received confirmation from sage pay. After emailing watch town they came back to say the order had not come through their end and that I would have to place it again, the money however had already been taken! Still waiting to here further response biut I would not recommend this shop to anyone!

Paid extra for next day delivery as was a gift for someone at the weekend. The watch never arrived and when i phoned them i was told there seemed to be a problem.....bla bla bla. I asked for my refund and was processed immediately now i have to run around shops last minute. Thanks Watch Town.

Was a bit nervous after reading the odd negative review but watch was £70 cheaper than jewellers where I live. Ordered on a Sunday and watch arrived on the Tuesday. It was all fine and no hint of it being a 'fake' it looked and felt exactly like the one I tried in my local jewellers, box, instruction booklet and warranty card all present and correct. I am very happy with Watch Town and would recommend them to anyone, and I love my new watch, and spending the £70 saving on something else!

I ordered a Michael Kors watch with ivory colour face and band for my wife for our "ivory" anniversary. The email confirmation arrived immediately and confirmation of dispatch shortly after. It arrived next day, very well packed and in perfect condition, by Royal Mail Special delivery. It is perfect in every way and very happy with both the goods and the service. I was a little concerned reading some of the reviews here but based on my experience Watch Town are a good company and I would order from them again.

Extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a watch as a Christmas present a week ago. It was in stock and the website said it would be dispatched the same day. I had to ring them this morning as it still hadn't arrived. Was promised a return call within an hour - three hours later received an email saying the item was out of stock and my order had therefore been cancelled. I have now ordered with another company and the item has already been despatched and I expect it to arrive tomorrow.

I paid for a Ax armani exchange watch for £145, it came and was boxed in a micheal kors box with micheal kors warranty. Having tried to contact the company on several times, no returns slip or anything! I was unable to get ahold of them to demand a refund. I have now gone in to dispute with the credit card company I paid with and they are now investigating watch town in order to refund me and this is a lenthy process im advised. I would never ever purchase from there again! Pls avoid and do not part with your money as this company is untrustworthy! So dissappointed with the company and its lack of care in providing basic communication.

Having read a few of the reviews on this site I was a bit nervous that I might encounter some issues. However, I'm pleased to say the service I received was top notch. Product was delivered within 24 hours, was exactly what I ordered, and at prices far lower than the high street. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered an in stock item from their website including next day delivery.

Item did not arrive and no answer to email requesting delivery details.

Had to chase up by phone to be told, the item had not been despatched yet, and it would have to be ordered in.
