a company clearly offering products and delivery service that they can not stand by. item ordered way in advance of the christmas rush, ordered the product from their site as delivery which i paid extra for was 1-2 days, on the 3rd day i contacted them to which they informed me my item had been dispatched and as if by magic a dispatch email was received. on this call the lady informed me the delay was due to awaiting stock from their supplier ( no mention of this on their site!!) i then called back 2 days later to which i asked for a refund as this was an important gift for my baby's first christmas and i needed to re order before christmas. The young lady was very apologetic and said i would receive a refund immediately and i would receive an email to confirm this. Well long story short no item and no refund avoid at all cost.

I ordered an item through their ebay store and it clearly showed they had stock.

Afer a week of waiting I contacted them to be told the item wasn't in stock, and had been ordered direct from the manufacturer. I was told I had been told about this even though I hadn't. No email, no message on ebay.

A week later, the item still isn't here. The customer service have offered the little in the way of advice and feedback suggests they often sell products they don't actually have in stock.

Ordered as a Christmas present but have no hope it will arrive before this or next Christmas. Leaves me having to pay out for another item from someone who knows what they are doing.

Treasure Box Fashion were fantastic when I ordered three bracelets and a necklace plus a gift box for two of the items intended as a gift. All items arrived on time and in perfect condition, plus I was notified of despatch by email. The goods were well packed and I would recommend this site to anyone looking for gifts. The jewellery items I bought were of excellent quality, far better and more unique than those I have seen in high street stores.
