This had to be the worst experience I've every had purchasing rough gemstones for a supplier in my life. I purchase 1 kilogram of rough opal stones for 'Swastik Gems", I specified that the rough stones be of a specific size and grade (12-20mm stone size). Since these were opal, I asked many time about the stone colors, and that I needed high grade colors.

I was assured not to worry and they understood my requirements. What was received was opal stones of no VALUE at all. Most of the stone sizes were smaller then the 12mm min. 60 percent of the order was 3-8mm in size. I asked to return the purchased for a credit, and they told me it was something I must of did wrong and it was my FAULT and no refund would be allowed. SO, PLEASE LET THE BUYER BEWARE! I took a lost on the whole purchase the stones are worthless.
