my orginal order was for two bracletts, one of which arrived faulty, got in touch with you by email, now here a week later i have a replacement braclett, your service is fantastic i would have no hesitation in buying from you again, in fact my sister has seen my braclett and has asked me to get one for her which i am going to order as soon as i send this review. thanks for your excellent service.

I was given a beautiful Shamballa set which consisted of a watch, necklace, earrings and bracelet from my grandchildren. It was a very special present and I love it all. However, while wearing my set recently, I lost the winder on my watch.

I contacted Shamballa and asked if it was possible to be sent a replacement winder.

The next day I received a very caring and considerate e mail from them, asking me what colour my watch is. He went on to apologise and to say that he would send me a new one.

I was so, so happy and was prepared to wait for a few days to hear more about the replacement. Not at all, I have just received a new watch and I now have a complete set to wear again.

I only had to wait for three days to receive my new watch from the time that I contacted Shamballa .

I can't thank Shamballa and especially the advisor for such prompt, kind and caring service.

It is so unusual these days to find someone who really cares about their customer and I have found Shamballa to have staff and a customer service which is second to none.

I am very happy with my purchase from Shamballa Style. My delivery came fast and was packaged nicely in a soft red pouch with a nice printed guarantee. The bracelet itself was lovely! It was very sparkly and looked exactly like the one my wife tried on in a jewellery store which was over £100 more! Will be back for more bracelets soon!
