I ordered a Black Dice Duo watch watch through this site and a week later a parcel arrived but it wasn't the right watch, so I got in touch by email to tell them and had to wait. I couldn't get through on the phone as I just received a recorded message saying they had no operators available (it seems this is always on, as I tried on numerous later occasions, try it now... I suspect it still is!). They took over a week to respond to that email, however their tone was apologetic and courteous and they told me how to return it. I sent it back and then heard nothing. I emailed them twice to ask if they had received it and finally got an email back (almost 3 weeks later) saying the following:

They were the cheapest, and they sent it the same day I ordered it.

I'm really happy with the service from sexywatch.co.uk. I ordered a Casio Baby-G watch from them just before christmas, and it said it would take 3-5 working days. It arrived two days later. When I ordered, I paid via PayPal and wanted to check the progress of the order. When I rang them, they were really helpful and were able to tell me what was happening with my order and how long it would take. They're the cheapest around.
