i Purchase a Maurice Lacroix £77.00 with free shipping for my husband's birthday and thought 24HR dispach time very good,when i went to payment the option for paypal was not available so i paid via card details, i received an email immediately welcoming me to the website and stating i would receive an email when the item was dispached,after 2 days i realised i had not had an email so contacted the company and they took 2 days to reply stating the item i had paid for was not in stock so choose another item, i emailed back asking for a refund as i did not want to choose another item and questioned why they had taken payment for an item that was not in stock when the website clearly stated it was, i did not receive a reply so emailed severl times eventually telling them i would report them if i did not get a response, this prompted a response and it was to choose another item, so i thought instead of loosing my money which they clearly were not going to refund i would reluctantly choose another item to which i received a response of not in stock this happened 3 times so i have reported them and hope appropriate action is taken against them, i have still not got my money back but am hoping my bank can help with this, please DO NOT buy from them.

I got a watch but after 3 days one of the hand came off and then the minute hand went loose. The offer was to send it bach to China and it would take a long time to get a new one or I could buy a new one for 50%!!!

Don't buy- it looks cheap but when you get a problem the you have paid a lot for nothing!!!!

Review....i recently purchased a Rolex GMT Master...after receiving the watch i was pleasantly surprised at the weight and look of the time piece....however within two weeks of wearing the watch the luminescent 9 indicator fell of and now makes the time stop wherever the piece lies....also the pin that sets the time is faulty and the portion of the pin that controls the time zones is completely faulty.....over all i would not recommend this site to anyone wanting a watch that cannot withstand a regular wearing....replica or not for $150 the quality is definitely not worth it....unless you want to keep it in the generic box it is shipped in...

I was a bit nervous about using this website as I had used a similar one in the past and had a bad experience, however my boyfriend really wanted the watch so decided to give it a go. Absolutely brilliant service and super quick delivery, ordered on a Friday and recieved confirmation of order and payment straight away. I recieved my goods on the following Wednesday. I also emailed in between this time with regards to a query and got a response the same day. Definitely had a good experience with this company.....impressed.

First when I ordered a watch I thought it's a fraud but after contacting the customer service department until the shipment was sent then I got relieved. The product is amazingly looks like an original Rolex! but there was one bad thing which I hope won't happen next time was the shipment i've been told that it takes 2-3 days but I got it after 12 days till the company sent it to my location. Overall I can say I am very happy with this masterpiece product no one can tell its fake from outside the only difference is in the weight. I am looking forward to order another watch soon and I recommend others to buy a watch if they liked it and also it looks the same as in the pictures on the website. I hope the service continues like this.
