The product received was of a very poor quality. I saw the product to a jeweler and several people and all confirmed that the quality was really poor for the price paid. Customer services representative promised a substitution of a better quality in a few days to have on time for an aniversary.During this period non-email sent was answered, After waiting for the delivery day without delivery. I contacted customer service by phone and the shocking news was that they changed their opinion, and didn't send any substitution. Refunding was only offered in that moment (if they were not sending a substitution why they didn't refund immediately) In resume I didn't have the item either the refund on time for the anniversary.

Very poor customer service, as after they promised to solve the problem, they decide to change their mind without communicating it, and they didn't offer any other help or support.

Ordered item on 8th Dec for Xmas present. Chased order 19th Dec to be told needed security checks and that they had been trying to contact me. I have had no calls or emails from them. Told on 19th Dec it is fine and they guaranteed it be delivered before Xmas. Rang them today as had no delivery to be told that it wouldn't be here for Xmas after it being guaranteed. It is me who has had to chase them not once have they called or email. Shocking service, avoid!!!!!

I purchased a pair of earrings for my wife which, after being worn a few times, the stone fell out of one of them so I returned them for replacement/repair. I managed to find the stone, so expected the repair to be pretty straightforward.

After they agreed to repair them - returning them at my expense - and after countless emails, 3 months passed, so I sent further emails requesting a refund. I was promised this several times, but nothing happened.

What really annoyed me was their claim that they provided great customer service, something which I raised with their CEO, who promised me the issue would be sorted, but again nothing happened.

After many more emails and yet more false promises, I decided to contact Trading Standards and their trade association - The National Jewellers Association - and we did finally get refunded, but we were not compensated for the return postage we paid.

To summarise, the products don't appear to be of a good enough standard for even light use, and the customer service would be minus 10 stars if I could have assessed it accurately!

Great to deal witg , returned first ring as i ordered wrong size , refunded next day and reordered

presentation is excellent, especially 360 degree view and enlargement to see in details. Also, the web speed is fast, easy to select and shift from page to page.
