I ordered for a $558.95 14k Gold Comfort Fit Inside Engraved Ring, paid for express mail, at myhebrewring.com website on September 25, 2012. The amount was already charged in my credit card a few days later. MyHebrewRing.com website is operated by the Tenen Group, Ltd, which also operates My Name Necklace and many others such as Israel Blessing.

More than a week goes by and i haven't heard any update on my order. No shipping notice whatsoever. I have repeatedly emailed them and the only response I received was from a Ms. Sara Collins, their customer representative, asking me to give her my contact number, which I already did with my countless emails. No response afterwards. The package was supposed to arrive 10 days later at most, but until now, i haven't even received any shipping notice or tracking number.

Now, I have no idea what happened to my $558.95. I wish i have read the reviews before even ordering!
