The ring is exactly as pictured and described on the site, which was very easy to use. The delivery time is as stated and communication very helpful with a dispatch e-mail including a tracking number for the courier. The rings itself comes in a lovely box and is stunning. The information on the website helped us decide what wedding rings we wanted.

We ordered two platinum wedding rings. I had to contact them after the order was placed, just to make sure the rings would arrive before the big day.

They arrived on time, they were great but there was a problem with the engraving. One word was not spelled correctly, despite the correct spelling when the rings were ordered.

We contacted them and we had the rings returned for re-engraving without any problem. The customer service was excellent, very helpful and they kept us well informed regarding the status of our order.

I was very pleased with the delivery as well!

Overall I was very pleased, despite the initial incorrect engraving. Anyone can make mistakes and we all know that, but they handled it really well.

I would recommend them!

I required a wedding ring at very short notice, as sadly the one my fiancee purchased did not fit and there was no time to have it altered. I contacted Joshua James Wedding Rings and they had a ring in my size and style in stock. As promised it arrived in the post two days later. I was incredibly impressed with their helpful, fast and efficient service and would recommend them to friends and family.
