Was agreed to a refund via email. Sent the item back through post costing £7 so I can be refunded. 16 days later after sending them check up emails, they clarified item is being inspected before refunding. ( this item never been worn, brand new condition ) I get a call a few days later, a voicemail left saying they need to speak with me regarding item. I call them back after that day at work, and told I couldn't have a refund as the time limit for a refund had expired and can now only have a credit note for the total price but -25% fee ( £210 down to £160 ) .. before that information they had me on hold whilst on the phone and without knowing I'm being charged, it cost me £14.67 now on my phone bill. I know i should have been aware too but they didn't even alert me I'll be charged. That as well as the fact I lost £7 due to posting the item and lied to about being refunded, as well as deducting 25% of the price I paid -_- Pathetic Jewlr

I came across this site a few weeks ago and was not sure about it if it was genuine.

I took the risk and ordered a mens ring with set stones and upon arriving I can see why it is getting decent reviews.

Ordering process is very simple and lay out of the site is user friendly to begin with.

Delivery to the UK is about two weeks and the estimated times on ordering was accurate.

Upon receiving the item the presentation was excellent and showed quality and not cheap. The actual ring on the website appeared a bulky mens ring which was a little misleading but in actual fact it was an eligant ring finished to perfection.

The personalising bit is a brilliant idea with the birth stones and engraving.

Delivery is free or pre added to the cost I suppose but still good for the product you are getting including a choice of free gift mainly for the woman which is a nice touch.

I have not had the opotunity to liase with there customer service team so cannot say what the experience would have been like.

The only down side is to return an item you must bare the cost and although its a .co.uk site , all items are from Canada and made to order. They do offer a 99 day return but taking into cost to return may have to think twice.

Overall decent quality and personalised goods which differ from the current market online and the High Street.

Delivery times as stated upon order approx two weeks.

Negatives no paid return and photo of item makes it look bigger and bulkier than what its true size is.
