Appalling Service

Bought expensive Raymond Weil watch for son's 21st birthday. Worn approx only 20 times as a Dress Watch on special occasions. So very disappointed for son as (now out of guarantee date) watch is faulty & not working. The official repairers for Raymond Weil in UK tell me that without proper R Weil guarantee stamp it wouldn't be eligible for free repair and guess what - no official guarantee stamp provided with the watch its unstamped although present in the box. Have tried on numerous occasions to contact the person I dealt with @ Instant-Time either leaving e mail or phone message there has been no response and that is the only way to contact him. I recommend NEVER buy a watch/anything from Instant-time. So many people have complained about the lack of their call/e mails being responded to when there is a problem.

Saved A Few Quid

I bought a Ebel from instant-time for my wife for her 50th .The watch was a discontuined model , not that it made a difference as an advisor told me on the phone , only the Ebel rep would know the old models from the new ones .Yet i saved almost £500 over Ernest Jones price.

Delivery was 2 days longer than estimated and communication could of been slightly better yet this is offset by saving a lot of money , you dont need the posh boutique experience

Shocking After Sales And Hidden Charges

I Bought a watch through instant-time and have had awful service, the watch I ordered was not in stock a replacement was sent (direct to me from USA)? the watch failed so I sent it to the official repairer (not instant-time as I had read the last review) So I had to pay for special delivery and now I have an import duty demand payable to FedEx for £16.77 even though I bought this watch through a UK company! and can I get a response from them (instant-time) how did you guess he eventually sent an email saying he would pay the invoice from FedeX but he didnt and now I cannot get any response from them, even though I have emailed and phoned numerous times. looks like I will have to settle the invoice with FedeX and look at taking Instant-Time to court for reimbursement.

This is not how a reputable company operates you have been warned

Sent Hamilton Watch Back Under Two Year Warranty - Lost

Bought a Hamilton Watch from this company and it did not work properly after about three months. Told by Instant-Time to change battery, still did not work. However they did not inform me that by opening the watch it would invalidate my warranty with Swatch. Sent watch back to Instant-Time under their two year warranty and as far as I can make out it is lost. Jonathan Brown, apparenty the owner of Instant-Time, told me he did not know where the watch was. This was delivered for repair on 1st June 2012. He does not reply to e-mails, letters and does not answer the phone. Answerphone on constantly. Occasionally he can be contacted without any success as to the whereabouts of my watch. I purchased this watch through Amazon from Instant-Time. Instant-Time is no longer a customer of theirs!!!

Bought a watch for my wife, having previously used them and had very good service.Instant-time excels itself, with superb discounts customer service second to none! Give them a try, I'm sure you will be impressed! Pros: - Super Quick service Excellent after sales communication (the most important factor in my opinion) Superb products and most importantly discounted prices.The watch i bought was now discontinued

Overall very happy with service, a slight glitch re communications which had me worried for a short while but we got there in the end, good savings on high street prices and will use this company again for sure.

Bought Raymond Weil man's watch 3.5 years ago for our son's 21st birthday from Instant-Time online at £720. Only worn approximately 20 times as a Dress Watch. About  8 months ago our son thought the battery was flat as watch not working, 2 months ago we took it to our Raymond Weil stockist local jewelers who checked battery and said it's not at fault. Hence the watch is faulty. Have tried several times via phone message and email to contact Instant Time and no response at all. Questioning the quality of the purchase etc. Any advice how to make contact with them as this morning even the web was inaccessible? Thank you
