Delivery time was first class, arriving well before I anticipated. However I did need to contact In4adig regarding the product ordered. This was done through the Amazon channel and I expected a short delay in response. How wrong I was, the lady at In4adig contacted me extremely quickly and could not have been more helpful and within a very short space of time the problem was resolved in a most kind and courteous manner. I have not encountered a service of this quality for many a long year. Very very well done In4adig.

I placed my first order in early October 2011 and it arrived within 48 hours! Customer service kept me updated at each stage of the order and they were friendly, confident and made me feel at ease. I will be using this company again especially for my Christmas shopping.

I am usually sceptical about using new companies but feel much more confident after this shopping experience.
